Matchmaker Is Incompetent

I don't understand why I'll play solo queue normals and the enemy team will be full of Golds, near Plats or Diamonds, and my team is full of Silvers and a literal Bronze. How is this fair and balanced? There isn't a balance of similar elo players on either team; so lets say that Bronze player unfortunately got mid while you stand there and watch as support, as he inevitably feeds. It's like the game was rigged from the start, at least if they're going to have a Bronze or Plat in the games, put one on each side so that it isn't pitting players practicing champions, or even relatively new to the game with players way beyond their skill level. It's almost like the enemy team is more competent than your team. I can't carry other players like this, I can't 1v5, and the same goes for if my team is full of Plats and Diamonds and the enemy team is Bronze. I don't play normals to stomp on players who never had a chance at winning in the first place. Jesus Christ.

Does anybody not notice this? I have a level 20 account and I get paired up with Diamond ranked players. What am I supposed to do with the genuinely new level 20 players going up against this Diamond huh? I can't do anything besides kill the guy, but even if I do, there's a second Diamond player running to murder me. Riot please............balance these teams.................

I just want to add from a learning perspective, it's quite unhelpful when nobody on your team can actually give you advice or point out new things because they're of a lower or similar elo to you. Would be nice to see more of a balanced mix, maybe it'd help the community where players of a higher elo will one way or another teach lower elo players by guiding the team.
