Fiddlesticks "E"

What is the deal with fiddles E ability. the crow throw as i call it. IMO there needs to be some changes to it. if its going to be point and click at least put some sort of range cap on the jumps. i have seen a fiddle e kill a champ for instance, in aram. fiddle is in the brush closest to the enemy tower without being behind it, and throws e onto the closest champ to him, that e travels from that champ instantly to the champ over by the heal pad on the opposite side then directly over to the low champ (in this case soraka) who is behind the second level tower. By my estimation that is about the same distance if not longer of panth ult, jhin ult, nocturn ult, TF ult. all the high range but not mapwide ults that apply. and this is a 4-5 second CD spell? little strong. And another annoying characteristic is that it bounces between champs its already hit. now, ryzes does this too, i think, but his isnt nearly as strong. a decently fed fiddle E can hit you for about 600, no MR items, a couple of those alone will kill you. and i assume theres probably a deminish on it of about 30% but. even still, what does it bounce like 5-6 times? I just think with the way his kit is that it doesnt need to be all that, i understand unless hes grounding himself to use W its his only attack besides his ult. (which is total BS, zonyas should cancel it, but thats another thread). anyhow, there has to be some solution.
