Help our Forgotten Champions

Riot keeps forgetting about champions that aren't played in ranked or lcs, and just leaving screwing you into using the newest, most overpowered champs to stand a chance. Leave notes for champs you think need to be buffed, but my main concern is for my favorite champ, Karthus. Ever since his texture update, i have always loved the Deathsinger, but his set leaves something to be desired.

• His Q takes forever to actually detonate, and leaves enemies ample time to escape
• Q also locks Karthus in place, leading to awkard, glitching movement
• His ult doesn't deal as much dmg as it should, enemies are almost never killed by it and feel no real threat.
• The idea of a "suiciding champ" is ridiculous in a game where feeding exists. *His E doesn't match his Q in terms of his role. Is he supposed to harass and kite with q, or run in with E and shred? Karthus is torn between tank and mage, and cannot do either properly. *Karthus has no clear role. He doesn't deal enough dmg or kite well enough for a mage, or have enough tankiness for a tank.

I'm asking for a rework or buff of Karthus. I feel the old skeleton priest needs some new life (or death) poured back into him. If you support this idea, or have another champ that you feel has been swept under the rug, leave a comment and flag to make Riot-Senpai notice us.
