Could Bard's W take a bit less time to fully charge?

I just feel that 10 seconds is unnecessarily long for his W heal to charge up. I think 7 or 5 seconds is more reasonable. Not a big deal, of course, but I just wanted to point it out.

as alrdy mentioned, thing should charge faster the more points you put into it. the dude gets nothing out of his skills anyways...

his e used to make allies travel through it faster if he skilled it, now that got removed aswell. seriously, give the dude some love.

Would be nice if it scaled with levels/ranks in ult.

Should reduce by 1.25s per rank honestly.

10 / 8.75 / 7.50 / 6.25 / 5.00

I don't think it would make him op or anything, since it would still require a charge time to get the full benefit. 5s is still a long time, but 10s is way too long after laning phase.

Let's not buff a 52.77% win rate champion.

This is how champions who are considered balanced end up broken.

Reduce his damage slightly early game then yes.

I'd like to see his heals charge time getting reduced with his level (Ala Ivern) or depending on how much chimes you collected.

I mean outside of lane are you using this ability lol. It doesnt have time to charge outside of lane i think it would be a useless buff because after you get your first buy your usually roaming to fuck mid up
