can we get a silence on some champions?

the only champs that have a silence now are the following. (its only 0.5 seconds, might as well work like kassadin q, interrupts channels) silences obviously have some issues, as they disable some key parts of champions, but so do stuns, knockups, displacements, suppresses, fear, charm, and whatever amumus ult is classified as (i think its bind?) silences are annoying, but they are still a form of cc. we have lots of disables in one form or another in the game. why not silences? The problem they had on is they they were assassins. they didnt need it, since they already can kill you in 0.00000000000001 seconds, so i agree there. but what about giving non assassin melee champs a silence, like garen does? it makes clear power vs a mage type champion. if they get close, the mage is dead. if the mage can hold them off, the melee champ is dead.
