FPS Issue

Help with FPS issues Hi, my gaming pc recently broke down, and now I am stuck playing league on my student laptop. The PC is no more than a month old, and after checking the specs, it should theoretically be able to run league pretty smoothly. However, that has not been the case. Im usually stuck with somewhere between 30-50fps while running it on the lowest graphics.
