Akali's shroud movement speed bug

Why is it that akali only gets the initial movement speed buff when she first enters her shroud, but if she still remains, the speed boost goes away?

Is this suppose to happen?

How come it doesnt say "once" akali enters she only get it once?

Anytime Akali enters her shroud she gets the quickly decaying speed boost. As such, if you shroud, leave shroud, enter shroud you'd gain the speed boost twice. Sadly, the shroud does not provide movement speed while inside it, just the decaying boost for entering.
