Reroll Pool Works Wonders For QOL, But It Does Pave Way For the Most Common Aram Complaint
Im closing in on my 7000th aram, i dont know if there are many players with the amount of time spent in the mode that i have. With that said ive noticed something in the new system, im not displeased with it, but it should be noted.
The single most repeated complaint ive heard over the years is
#ARAMISNTRANDOM
And heres why the new settings made that more of thing, be it less noticeable, better feeling, or not:
I firstroll sona, (and a 70% chance to win the game) and have two rerolls on reserve. In the old mode i hold my spot and play sona for the win.
In the new setup it is actually optimal for me(and as many of my teamates as needed)** to reroll twice and just pick your decent firstroll (sona) back up,** Leaving two more open champions thus increasing the chance that my teamates get a great champ, and decreasing the ever so touted "RANDOMNESS" of aram.
I understand that rerolls arent given every game (every other if you own all champs) but this is something that should be noted, especially considering anything "ranked".
The group i play with abused re-roll and trade mechanics heavily to influence team comps(and randomness) in aram previously, and this has only made it far easier.
