What champion should I buy?

I recently started playing LoL, and liked the game so much that I lost my life. I play around 10 matches a day, sometimes featured, sometimes SR, sometimes ARAM. I rarely play ranked, because I'm quite new to the game, even though this account can play ranked. I have around 11k IP, and I have no idea who to buy. I don't really have a style of playing. I liked playing ranged champions, but as soon as I first played Garen, he became my main, so I don't really know what I like. The champion that I pick is important, because I often play ARAM, and don't want to get some random shitty champion that I mistakenly bought. I was thinking about buying Xayah, Draven, ZIggs, Caitlyn. Out of these 4, who do you think is good (OP) for kinda new players, and could you suggest any other good (OP) champion please? Thanks in advance

Don't go for what is currently op. The meta changes way too quickly. Try the free champions and find the ones you truly enjoy playing. You need to put a decent amount of time into mastering a champion, and that won't work if you play something you don't like.

What Tosha said, but Caitlyn is the safest pick of those I'd say, then maybe Ziggs though he's by no means op, just fun to play imo

Ziggs is a good start and will most likely always be relatively OP, especially in ARAM. ADCs tend to fluctuate wildly as far as power level goes (look at pre-split 2017 versus now for example). My suggestion would be that you find a ROLE you would like to learn and buy champions appropriately. If they can multitask, even better. For example, Cho'gath can play Mid, Top, Jungle and Support, he's tanky and has some range and sustain. Garen on the other hand is really only a top lane champ (Ziggs can mid or ADC - with the right team comp).

Ziggs is my favorite champ in terms of just being a ton of fun to play. But I main Cait, and have for over 4 years. Since they added the new mechanics, she's much more fun to play.
