Fiddlesticks Quality of life buff

So awhile back nocturne got a quality of life buff where he got ms moving towards a feared target which really helped him keep consistent damage instead of the targets walking out of auto range due to his fear. Fiddlesticks suffers similarly when people walk out of tether range or his ult in a sense while feared, now while I'm not saying he should have a ms buff for the entirety of his fear I do feel like fiddle could use a ms buff for say the first second of his fear to help him get closer to his target, and let him feel more satisfying to play. Also it would let him set up some interesting ult maneuverability to help him get a bit of re positioning if needed while his ult is up/get deeper into enemy team to disrupt.
