@Riot what if lucians q was a skillshot and animation scaled with attack speed.

i feel like those changes would push him into his niche as the nimble precision ad caster in contrast to graves who would be more defined as an AOE burst ad. his ability to jump around and cast quick spells would then scale into late game with his q not locking him in a long vulnerable animation and giving him more room to maneuver

His Q is partially a skillshot since, if you are fast enough, flash or dash out, it is possible to dodge it. Also its like a skillshot if you are trying to hit the enemy from afar by making use of its full range by using the cast range(which is half the full range) on a minion to shoot the enemy. The scaling with attack speed sounds nice though.
