[Gameplay] Ranked Matchmaking and Ranking

How does my cousin who builds wrong and only really knows how to play like 5 champs get into Silver IV?

He barely wards too. Yes he plays Garen really, really well and can Jungle pretty good for a guy that has not played that long, but i don't think he needs to be in Silver, at least for now.

And how can i play with Gold players and do as good as them if not better, yet i get stuck in Silver? Or even worse... get into a matchmade game that has me play with people that can barely last hit as adc or if they play other roles they over extend, out of position, barely ward, get kited, get baited, can't hug a tower,

Yeah i'm not that great, but i know i have played better than others. I keep dying trying to save someone who over extended, and then when i stop trying to help, they complain and rage ^_^ even when it was their fault.

I will like for Ranked to be reworked. It is weird how you can literally play with a real person new to LoL, a friend of mine, who is still Lv 21 and plays WAY BETTER than a Silver 2 or as good as a Gold 4.

Something seems very off with the Ranking system and matchmaking. Funny how people rage when i buy Sightstone when i Jungle, and how they rarely ward and still they complain about lack of wards. Something needs to be fixed. I don't care if it gets so hard to climb into Gold, i just want to be put with people who have the same skill level as me. Not super low and poor knowledge, nor semi pro who destroys. I want to be stuck with people like me, so i can actually learn and feel like i am accomplishing something instead of holding hands of not so great adcs or mids, and not being a bother to those who should be Platinum but are stuck with me on their team XD.
