After watching a video about Lulu, I found out that she is kinda good at every role, she can top, mid, adc, support, and kinda jungle. i find that really cool so I was wondering if there was any champions that you can just instalock and play with no worry where to go.

Seriously, this little annoying midget can do any role he wants. He's got high damage, a lot of cc, can build tanky and still be useful, and he can build either ad or ap. Jungle is his most difficult role but he can STILL do it.

is the only true "all roles" champion. She can burst, she can bruiser, she has peel, she can build AD.
Naut and Cho can do everything except ADC, which is about as close as you get.
and are as close as it gets to an "any role" champion. However, Kayle will get the crap poked out of her as an ADC and you'll get dumpstered if you try to jungle her against any meta jungler that decides to invade you. Kennen can support and does decent laning against ADC's, but his jungle isn't viable at all; it takes a ridiculous leash and both of your pots just to survive your first two camps. Even with a 
his clears are terrible and are extremely costly hp-wise. His ganks leave a lot to be desired, as well.
Because his kit is so loaded 
may be able to fill any role but ADC, but I wouldn't want him as a support personally.
dunno, but from some matches I spectated maybe only:
(can top, jungle, mid, support... can carry but he is melee...)
(I've seen her top, mid, and jungle... he can be both melee and ranged so have potential to ADC... and heal plus ult to support...)
(has stun CC, can top or mid... ranged so can ADC... jungle maybe but maybe need leash although his ganking maybe good...)
(seen her top, mid, support, have DPS potential to ADC... now only jungle... but I think she can... especially with Pix passive...)
(her AD maybe still highest of any ranged champions, maybe can ADC too although her AA considered slow... seen her top, mid, support... maybe can be good jungler with ganking with her binding and clearing camp with tormented soil although that just got nerfed...)
(I've seen her top, jungle, mid, she is ranged mean maybe can be played as ADC... and support to heal and her spear can zone...)

Ekko can be anything except ADC.
All of those. Back in the day, Maokai ADC was even pretty popular.
Can mid, jg, ad, or top. Just can't support. (Unless he goes peel with 
first items lol). (I refuse to think that only ranged can play adc)
his supporting isn't the best since he lacks non-ult hard cc but he can be built both ad and ap which allows him to be an adc and jungler. Jungling and mid are probably his best choices in my experience
