Instead of the next class update, I would rather see an itemization update

The itemization in question?? Lifesteal

Lifesteal can become exceedingly broken atm, and there are almost no ways to deal with it. Some champions kits are balanced around lifestealing/healing/drain-tanking, but there is so much lifesteal in the game atm that other champs (adcs) do it better than those meant to drain tank.

Life steal should not:

Scale with crit. It should only be based off of a champs total AD, without on-hit/auto-attack modifiers such as Graves autos, Draven q bonus damage, Vayne q bonus damage. The only interaction that I could really see remaining would be Nasus Q, as it is such an important part of his kit and his passive lifesteal is only there for that reason.

Work as effectively on minions as it does on champions. This prevents the lack of interaction when a lifesteal heavy champ sits under tower and heals all the damage that you throw at them. Lifesteal would only work 50% against minions, 75% against monsters, and 100% against champions and epic monsters.

Be less effective for ranged champions, so ranged champs only benefit from 75% of their lifesteal, whereas melee champs benefit 100%. Which means that for ranged champs, they would have 37.5% LS against minions, 56.25% LS against monsters, and 75% LS against champs and epic monsters.

Also, there should be more options for picking up grievous wound. At the moment, the only champs that can get items with GW are ADCs or some melee carries with item 3033 or mana using mages with item 3165. Tanks have no access to GW, divers dont have access to GW because their targets dont build armor and item 3123 is not gold efficient at all.

The only lane that takes ignite is mid, so for top laners who run TP, they have no way of countering drain tanks or ADCs running a shit ton of LS. Or Riven who runs a shit ton of LS.
