Freezing a wave

When trying to cs is suicide for your lane opponent. When your trinket is on cooldown. When your laner died early and your still healthy and can get a huge xp lead.

If you're stronger, it's usually good to freeze.

It doesn't have to be as extreme as " suicide for your opponent "

You can exert pressure with your power lead, by freezing and making the enemy laner lose even more CS.

You basically win without killing him 5-10 times over.

If you freeze by your tower while you're ahead, it pretty much screws over the enemy laner. If they come up to farm, they die. If they don't farm, they don't get paid. Either way they're screwed unless a tower dive happens.
