This champion is garbage against any champion with any sort of tankiness. It doesnt matter how well i play i will never be able to kill and champion that is tanky at all. Lets not even talk about baron. I cant help my team against baron because even with all 5 there i cant get close to it or i die in 3 seconds, at LEVEL 18. Meanwhile i've seen a xin at level 18 solo baron. All i have to do is pick a tank, and not feed and i'll be more useful than any fed shaco. Its just bad bad balance.

a 6 kill shaco loses to a 0 kill reksai.

an 8 kill shaco loses to a 1 kill yi.

a 9 kill shaco loses to a 3 kill darius.

It's almost like an assassin isn't meant to kill tanks...

Seriously though, shaco is a mindblowing gankmaster that can carry a game by sneaking behind squishies and deleting them. He requires a different mindset than most champions to fit his unique playstyle, but basically you gotta have a "find da squish. squish the squish" mindset and just kill the lowest hp squishy you can find. His playstyl/kit is not about objectives but about kills

Shaco is not very good right now... Unless you get lucky, you will be a waste of a slot. The only thing he is good at is split pushing and that is if he is not far behind.

Fed Shaco can delete squishies in less than 1 sec, and they can't even see you coming. Why would you try to assassinate tanks anyway?

Extremely good ganking in lane, best kit for mind game, boxes.

Playing Shaco is not just playing any champion, it's art.

Your goal is to play with your enemy's mind and remain unseen until you're already arrived next to a squishy.

Also, if you're having troubles with tanks, just buy item 3053 and you'll be fine.

I would explain it further, but Slythion explained it pretty well.

A shaco in jungle is more terrifying than any other champ.

If you are struggling with him then his playstyle isn't yours. Let him go and get another one.

As yi main, I fear everytime I see a shaco not knowing from where he'll pop up. Killing his clown will hurt me more. There are ways to identify the clown but it's not always possible to do it. item 3364 doesn't work on him.

Shaco isn't a 1 vs 1 like melee adcs unless you build him full AD.
