Riot if there is one thing that needs to be reverted.

It is the higher base AD at level 1 for marksmen. If they can not far without he AD from masteries then they don't deserve to get the gold fro mthe CS.

BUt the main reasoning is that they still hurt more with auto attacks and just poking in general.
