Teemo, patch 5.15

Spicing up his seldom used passive doesn't compensate for the gutting you've done to his ult. The slow, arming time, and mushroom duration are all KEY factors -- nerfing them adds no value to the poison hamster.

TLDR: These changes are terrible.

PS: I was going to ask when that promised Taric update would happen, but given what you've done to Teemo, I don't think I want to know. No doubt when it does happen, Taric's CD's will be increased by a factor of 10.
