Poll: What change do you want the most to dynamic queue?

Riot has released their official video stating "solo queue is out the window. We're focused on improving dynamic queue". What do you guys think?

EDIT: I personally would give up role selection for shorter queue times AND fairer matchmaking so games don't feel 1-sided.
