Mordekaiser

I don't mean to drag on a topic that has been gone over more than a few times already - but I want to talk Mordekaiser again.

Riot has stated that he will be once again revisited, more heavily overhauled the next time. Looking over what he was pre-juggernaut update and what he is now, I understand and partially agree with riot that he is need of change.

But when the players think his current state is worse than he was pre-juggernaut, and riot has given indication that they feel the same....

Why not revert him?

Its something that riot has NEVER done. Never has riot made a change, thought it was a bad idea, and gone back to a previous iteration - and note, this is not a complaint, thats a good policy for them to have. If all caps raging on the boards were to become sufficient to back track what could have been a game improvement if people had been patient and played with it, the game would likely deteriorate fairly quickly.

But time and time again, when I talk to people in game as I play games, when I mention missing old Morde, there is overwhelming agreement. Accounts (i wont give specific examples, sorry) whose names reflect Mordekaiser in some way who also have chosen to stop playing him and expressed a desire to play the old Mordekaiser again. I don't want to say that no one prefers the new morde, it seems likely that there must be some players who do - but I have not met them.

So, in this thread, I am asking riot to make a policy exception. Please revert Mordekaiser to his pre-juggernaut update.

I ask that if you have any opinion regarding this topic, whether you agree or don't post a calm and polite response - I am sure this can be an important topic to some and you may have strong feelings one way or the other, but if anyone gets on to rage at riot (or me) your post isn't adding much to the conversation. The hope is that some kind rioters will look over this, and at least consider acting on the opinions expressed both in this post and your responses.
