Please reduce Krug exp to stop this level 3 lee sin vs level 1 lane cheese.

It's getting old fast. Lee just goes red > krugs > and has enough exp for level 3 right away and will probably snag a kill off it because the lane hasn't had time to reach level 2 most of the time.

Edit: Not asking for lee sin nerfs. I'm asking for krug exp nerfs. I don't think lee himself is too overtuned (he is but I've lived with that since he was released and am fine to keep living with that) and there are other junglers that can abuse this. Lee is just an obvious scenario to present.

Or else maybe shift some exp from red to raptors. I don't care exactly what happens that fixes it, but clearing two camps for level 3 before lanes has time to hit level 2 is dumb.
