6-4 Ranked Repeat

So last season i went 6-4 and my wins were spread throughout the provisionals.. I ended up Silver 4 and i managed to stay in silver while still playing ranked... THIS YEAR HOWEVER I go 6-4.. oh my god I repeated my season YES SILVER 4 AGAIN. NNOOPPEE! Due to some reason unannounced to us RIOT has demoted everyone this season and forcing you to climb. SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I GOT BRONZE 3 FOR REPEATING my performance!?!?!? Should that actually be a reason why i should be SILVER 4! and not BRONZE 3!? again I REPEATED MY PERFORMANCE!!! if you ask ME that stamps "yes he belongs in this division" to me. Thoughts, Reasons, Riot themselves get your head together this is ridiculous.
