Need better servers

Riot can you please get better servers up because I am having some ping problems. I checked my internet and everything was working fine please message me when you have anything you can do. Also can you please buff veigar because you nerfed him before and the community wants to see him be playable again.. Can you also make nidalee's Q ess narrow.
