He killed me without problem, how? I am new and maybe idk this thing is possible, but wtf? I have over 5000 life and magic res and i still get insta from a fish?

Sorry but what you're saying can't be true.
I don't know how you had 250 magic resist with only a visage and merc treads, but assuming you did, between fizz's Void/piercing thoughts and sorc boots, he hit you like you had 135 MR if my calculations are correct
fizz is a cheap broken champion riot refuses to fix, like almost of the ap champions. You were a tank, but it don't matter, it's beyond broken.
