Buff Wukong.
He is weak in jungle. He is weak in top. He is playable in mid, but there are better options. Is there really any reason to choose Wukong other than just having fun?

No buffs until reworked imo.
Even the slightest buff can make Wukong oppressive.
his rework has been on PBE for like 20 patches
they dont even care at this point
if they would they would push the rework to live
they didnt even change the numbers so its just there
New lethality items next season look like they will once again make him a oppressive oneshot monster so he cant be buffed until we see how that pans out.
He might even need further nerfs if current PBE stuff is to be believed.
Well in my opinion he needs a rework that makes him not scale so infernally hard off items so he can have some actual power in his kit and no be balanced around said items -_-
