Remake and punish trolls before suffering through a game

I feel like there should be a way to remake a game if four members on the team vote to dodge the game because of a clear and obvious troll. I have to sit out for 5 minutes because our Singed support is taking ignite and heal and threatening to feed mid the entire game unless we dodge.
