I'm not understanding what I'm doing wrong as a zoe player.

Look at my oop.gg I ALWAYS do well with her. Yet i lose alot with her because for some reason every time I pick her my bot either feeds or goes even and then falls behind. She doesn't seem like a carry especially against tanky comps (teams she can't burst down) and 3rd picking her even feels way too risky. I've put alot of time into learning her and I think she's a blast to play ( No i'm not going to "play 'x' meta champ" because I play champions that I enjoy unless they're straight up unplayable like kalista for a while. Is Zoe highly situational? I know for a fact that players in my elo have no idea how to play with her seeing as they constantly pop her bubble and steal the passive minions even after you verbally tell them that her passive** can help them.**
