Ranked Matches

I wanted to ask everyone what there opinion on Ranked LOL matches where. -My Opion is that I love ranked and its concept but i feel like as a player who does solo que and plays with friends would love it more ifi people in lower rankes (BRONZE - SILVER) Would get more points to rank up if they win because whenever i get qued up in a solo que match i try my hardest to carry and win for my team but usually what happens is my team feeds the entire game but i do well. I feel like if there is a way to rank up the person who did well compared to the person who did bad

Say one person gets 10/6/7 and the rest of his team feed. Maybe that one guy should lose less points then the other or even not lose any points because its so frustrating trying to play a game where all people do is rage and feed.
