Lock Screen Improvement

Right now you can have the lock screen off and free move the screen, pressing space bar will center the view. Or, you can have the lock screen on, and have to toggle it off to look around.

Can we get a small modification to that?

When lock screen is on, I would like to be able to hold down space bar and look around, then, when I let space bar go...have it snap back to center.

I think this would allow me to extra control I have when using the lock screen, and open up a better view of the map with more ease then the current system.
