Low priority Queue Changes

I think waiting 20 minutes in between is very frustrating to deal with, especially when you disconnect from internet issues. I think waiting 100 minutes until your next game makes more sense because you are playing 5 games where they last about 25-40 minutes to then wait another 20 to get back into a game. If you are gonna make people wait before games I would say at the most 10 minutes is fine.
