Having to build Tiamat just to clear half of the jungle still really sucks

And virtually all jungles who have to do this, except for Warwick, are quickly overpowered by opponents who have built in AoE, because they finish their jungle item significantly faster, and it provides a much bigger power boost than Tiamat does.

Having to build a 1200 gold item just to clear the jungle is ridiculous.
