Some Taliyah feedback.

First, I gotta admit that Taliyah as a champion is pretty unique and fun to play, but i feel like her kit is lacking a lot of things a control mage should have.

First, I have to say that it feels quite horrible to be forced into building Rylai in order to just be able to use your Q properly. It's leggit the only spell in her whole kit that uses Rylai, Her W is already a CC and Her E already slows. Her ult isn't an offensive spell. I think her Q should have a small slow in order to be usefull. And the worked ground Is kind of lame. It feels so bad to be punished this much for using a spell. It just makes you more predictable and decreases your damage the longer you stay in lane, while it should be the opposite. A control mage should be able to create danger zones that his opponent don't want to get in, not make zones where she is useless in. No, a small MS boost is not enough compensation for cutting 80% of the damage from your main harrass tool.

As a zoning tool, her E feels pretty bad. The slow should be flat and scale with level, because right now the only use to this spell is to throw people in it with your W. People don't care walking in it. And let's be honest, it might happen like 2-3 times in a game that someone actualy dashes in it to proc the damage. And when they DO dash in it, I feel like it should be way more punishing.

Her W is quite unique and cool, hard CC, hard to land and unique to her.

When you look at other zone control mages like Anivia Zyra It's obvious that Taliyah is failing at doing her job right now since the only fact of mentioning Zyra and Anivia makes you think about how much you hate getting stuck in their danger zones.
