Remove the reset 0.5 cool down on her Q and give her a stun. Lower the cool down of her Q to 7 6 5 4 3 and give her a Timer where she can't stun the same target for a specific amount of seconds (SIMILAR TO UDYR'S STUN)

Reduce some damage from her W to balance it out with her given Utility.

WALAH! She is now fun to play and viable for ganking and initiation in team fights. Cuz getting kited and not catching up to enemies because of THEIR utility sucks.
