Playing ranked in quiet is a problem

I have noticed it a lot recently. I keep having massive winning streaks in crowded Q hours (18:00 - 00:00) but seem to lost a lot more games when it's quiet. When you look to this games you see the matchmaking is really shaky. You get high silvers laning against plats and basicly the game get's decided who has the best matchups or who has the most plats on their team. I can't even imagen how big of a problem this is for diamonds and higher that basicly get matched with silver or low golds.

You can say just carry yourself out of these games but that's not really a valid agruement. It's a team games after all and this doesn't work in every position.
