I am level 11, and I am doing way too much damage with her

her Q does 120 base Magic damage at lvl 1, at level 18, its 600 based magic damage plus AP % ratio gicing it potential 900-1k dmg with runes/magic pen/ masteries, that is way too strong for a mid laner champion

also please increase mana cost for ult, its too spammable

and decrease wall width, thats not ok

Playing with her feels like free wins sometimes

to balance her I also suggest increasing her passive egg cooldown to 600 seconds, instead of 3 mins, it should be a mini GA

I would like to also suggest maybe making her E do triple damage instead of double, if you nerf all her other moves, that should give her balance, also make her E do Triple only if enemies are stunned, not slowed by allies or her Spells, some kind of bug when there al slowed with rylais it counts as double passive dmg Anivia

Her Q does 60 magic damage at level 1. An enemy will not be hit twice by it, ever, unless they get in melee range of you. At level 18 is goes to 180 (if they enter melee so you can double hit, 360). For the double hit to do 1k damage Anivia needs 640 AP, which means all of her items are dedicated to damage. hardly a problem, especially since Anivia only has 3 damage spells, one of which is basically a DoT.

And her harassing in lane at all requires most of her mana on an immobile, mana hungry mage. She already has some of the highest mana costs in the game, and her ultimate already takes 115 mana for one tick at level 6.

Her wall width is incredibly tiny until past level 11. It hardly needs nerfs unless it also gets damage and slows.

You are also level 6. I do not think your opinion on game balance is currently that applicable.

Her egg already has a 4 minute cooldown AND lets enemies kill her to cancel the revive. Until level 12 she also loses resistances in egg form. It already is a mini GA and does not need nerfs.

First, making her E do even more burst is bad. Triple damage would give her E 525 (+150% AP) on an instant point and click ability. Second, making it stun only makes her E even more painful for the enemy in lane and absolutely trash past that. Finally, every single one of Anivia's damaging abilities except E applies the "chill" debuff for her E. Rylai's does not interact with E at all.
