Stacking Items 4.20 Change

Seriously, i thought the consensus was to remove them from the game....not make them viable. the stupidity i've seen in ranked games both on my side and the enemy side due to in specific mejai's soulstealer, is unbelievable. The actual item idea is cancerous to League of Legends. If Riot is so against one mistake being the reason you lose the whole game, why make it easier for those ALREADY easy to snowball champions to snowball -even harder.-
