Kai'sa is in need of some love

So I know that they hotfixed her to have a little more base damage and buffed her Q 2 days ago, but I still don't see this getting her to even a 45% winrate, much less 50%. I feel like the only way she will be able to be decent is if they give her at least 525 AA range so she doesn't absolutely get dumpstered in the first 5 minutes. there could also be some quality of life buffs like having her Q prioritize enemy champions or shortening the E AA lockout duration.

Just my personal thoughts on her though.

Honestly I agree with you, she struggles the most of all adc's in the early game and if she doesn't get a lead she's going to fall behind and be irrelevant because of how slowly she scales.
