Hard difficulty Player Vs A.I

It would be nice to have a hard difficulty Player versus A.I, like having their Stats enhanced or skills just to practice Champions even more, and i think they are a LOT of people that doesn't do much PVP either. At least put something harder it would be appreciated i am sure of it. Thanks !
