Losing track of Cursor

I have a very hard time keeping track of my cursor in the middle of team fights. There are so many visual effects and animations going on that I often lose track of where I am aiming. Is there anyway Riot could allow options on the cursor to make it more visible during those time? maybe larger or color choices or do you guys have any suggestions that have helped other users?
