I miss AP Xin Zhao

In patch 6.4, Riot nerfed Xin Zhao's W. They removed 30% from his AP Ratio and 20% from his attack speed due to its synergy with the then truly broken Devourer-Rageblade combo. This nerf left him at around a 47% win ratio until patch 6.9, where they removed Devourer entirely and gutted Guinsoo's Rageblade's stats, dropping Xin Zhao even further to a 41-43% win ratio until patch 6.12, where they buffed his health to bring him up to 49-50% ratio which is where he currently sits.

The result of those nerfs to his AP ratio and his attack speed essentially killed AP Xin Zhao. I loved AP Xin Zhao with all my heart, he was the reason I even started playing League of Legends seriously. I understand that the nerfs had to happen at the time that they did. Devourer-Rageblade was quite definitely broken on Xin Zhao. Still, now that Devourer is gone and Rageblade is in a much better state than it's early season 6 brokenness, is it too much to ask that Xin Zhao's AP ratio and Attack Speed get buffed back to their previous values?
