How i spend my league time

Getting demoted to B3, then promoted to B2, twice every day, with some practice tool, to practice some champs ofc, yet, it's the same, promoted and demoted, why? Trollers, feeders, afks.. and then, they continue on playing like i've never reported them, please rito, when i get demoted, instead of putting me on 75 lp, give me 80 or 81, since playing an additional game for 3 lps is completely stupid, and yes, match me with humans, not bots, and please, don't ask me not to blame some of the bots i get matched with, i have the right to blame them when i am the only one of them who knows how to play, and no, I don't think i am the best, and not even the worst. I push all their fucking lanes, i roam the whole fucking map to help the shit teams, i go solo the damned drake when i am a goddamned mid laner, i ask the fucking trollers and feeders to stop being dicks politely, i try to solve problems between the team dickheads, i am not a toxic ingame, i always wanted to win but i always lose, if i get 5 games win streak, i get 10 lose streak after, i am tired of this, every weak, i get demoted and promted between b2 and b3 so many times, i swear i am mentally tired of this..yet, i am never rewarded, i get absolutely nothing, I can't make any progress, i guess i should be waiting till the end of the spring holiday, when the hell does it end in EU, since I don't live there?? I am just saying all of this trying to unleash the pain and anger inside..
