Either make Death Recap work, or don't have it at all

I'm sick of dying to a blank icon that says the summoners name on it.

I'm sick of having 36 true damage kill me by flash.

I'm sick of death recap showing minions doing 26 damage instead of Yi doing 1200 to me.

Fix death recap, or delete it. You don't need it if it isn't gonna work, and it only confuses players more.
