Is the Game Info section out of date?

I'm a returning player after about a 6-month break from playing regularly, but I have been trying to keep up with patch notes. I remember something about the Dragon changing, and there being different types of dragons. If I go into the Game Info section right now, it still gives info about the Dragon Slayer buff. Where can I find actual current information, if not here on the official LoL website?
