Can Viktor and Blitz have some kind of in-game quest/interaction?

Cause if Viktor is Blitz father, but Blitz is just independent and does his own thing to become human while Viktor wants to dominate the world by turning everyone into newer machines, it seems like there would be some conflict if Blitz tried to reconnect (no pun intended), like Terminator 2 style conflict where he uses Ekko to go back in time... "Blitz, I am your father!" monotone voice: "noooooooooo."
