About changing a skill damage type on assassins... (Shaco, Eve)

Remember when Eve E was changed from magical to physical damage?

The recent PBE change for Shaco is similar. (His E is changing from magical to physical).

To me those damage types change don't make sense on assassins.

Having a tank with hybrid damage type is great, because you usually don't build pen. But having hybrid damage type on assassins is truly weird. Assassins are supposed to build pen., aren't they?

To me, Shaco and Eve are broken, because they have assassin's kit, but they can't build as assassins. Its just... these champs feels weird to itemize now.
