there really are only a few adcs that is worth getting on. and typically on your 1st back if you have the gold getting is ideal. those are both major building items into nearly all the adc items you will get and early game it gives you a huge ad boost, crit, attacks speed and movement speed. from there you can build into from and from . and if you are able to get on 1st back finishing your item before your is fine. but building straight into or leaves out its counter part, a wont do damage with out some ad and a is limited by the lack of attack speed
