Kalista's auto attacks only deal 90% of her AD

Passive Martial Poise: Kalista's basic attacks have special interactions: *Uses only 90% attack damage

Compared to, what I know of, every character within League of Legends what does Kalista's autos only deal 90% of her AD? As an ADC this is detrimental towards her DPS at every point in the game. With Kalista being in a poor spot at the moment (my opinion) would it be possible for her auto attacks to deal 100% of her AD?

I'm not a Kalista player by any means but this change made in patch 5.13 seems inconsistent with other champions. Perhaps there is a reason that I am not seeing from the wiki? Thoughts?

at the time she was quite literally the most powerful champion in the game bar none. Her kit was broken by design to the point of absolute safety and damage.

She was literally dominating every pro level champion select at the time, so Riot decided to gut her until time to perform a larger rework was available.

With the lowest winrate of any Ranged Marksman I think she can be given her full AD again.

this was done so kalista doesn't kill you before she stacked her E, since that's how the champion should work

God people are reacting to this like she doesn't have the worst win rate, lowest play rate, and absolute reliance on a support KNOWING what she can do and how to use her Ult since SHE doesn't get to decide where they go.

The nightmare of when she first released is apparently still fresh in their mind somehow even though it was like 4-5 YEARS ago

You do know that Kalista is meant to stack spears on you and then kill you with said stacked spears right?

This would help, but not fix her, the champion is just so dog shit at the moment, all risk, no reward, Riot doesn't care.
