nerf twitch base attack speed. and revert the passive and mana nerfs

twitch has too many steroids in his kit. his Q gives him extended attack speed boost after he comes out of stealth and his R gives him great ad and aoe team fight. it makes no sense that twitch has the highest raw attack speed of any adc in the game making any as item he buys much better on him than other carries. in comparison Jinx suffers from a very low base attack speed because her Q passive stacks grant her a lot of attack speed. twitch isn't sacrificing anything

that twitch nerf is quite ridiculous and make him fraustrating to play rather than a balanced champion.

tldr: twitch dps turns into burst considering how much attack speed he has out of stealth. almost capps the as with 2 zeals and boots and Q. its too much to deal with. considering its all aoe its pretty ridiculous. hes a ridiculous champion to play against at the moment. and so is

their nerfs were a slap on the wrist compared to idk look at shaco nerfs on the pbe (which i think they went too far with them) that are fucking huge and he isn't nearly as gamebreaking

most assassins die before they even reach twitch to kill him because of his ult range. nerf his attack speed. and I don't even mind if you revert the nerfs of last patch because they are a joke
