He seems to be viable but not as monstrously annoying as Runeglaive Ez.

A viable hybrid burst build. LW is ass unless the enemy team has 5 Rammus though. Get item 3071 . It scales off total armor instead of bonus armor and gives HP, CDR, and a good chunk of AD. And maybe Iceborn instead of Lichbane.
