Does anyone one have problem with the mouse speed when you ping ward after putting down screen?

So lately I thought it was only my imagination but when I'm in loading screen I would put the screen down to look up songs but when I come back it seem like the mouse speed is off some times when I ping try to hold ping and move to the direction I'm trying to mark it would instantly fly off fast for some reason making me sometimes ping the wrong information. Does anyone have this issue when they put the game down then return?
